La Fleur’s Fiscal 2016 VLT Special Report is a 50 + page printed report that includes a CD-ROM Excel database of the data published. The report profiles how video lottery terminals (VLTs) and video gaming devices (VGDs) are operated and structured in the U.S. and Canada. In the U.S. jurisdictions featured in the report are Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota and West Virginia. In Canada, the jurisdictions featured in the report are Alberta, Atlantic provinces, Manitoba, Quebec and Saskatchewan. The report lists each jurisdiction’s unaudited fiscal 2016 versus fiscal 2015 VGD or VLT credits played, credits won, cash in, cash out, net machine income and government profit, the number of devices and revenue generation per device. There are “industry at a glance” key tables for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions analyzing each organization’s performance with VLTs/VGDs by year between fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2009. There is a global guide to lotteries’ VLT net machine income and per capita VLT net machine income in local currency and converted to U.S. dollars for in Europe and North America. There are also historical charts by jurisdiction detailing annual growth VLT and VGD credits played, credits won, cash in, cash out, net machine income and government profit since startup (where such data is released by the organization).
