Drew Svitko, Executive Director, Pennsylvania Lottery spotlighted “Growing Retail Through iLottery.”
The Pennsylvania Lottery relies on its network of 9,700 retailers to generate more than a billion dollars every year for its good cause, older Pennsylvanians. When it launched its iLottery program in May 2018, the lottery committed to use iLottery to grow sales in brick & mortar stores. He outlined the lottery’s plan to integrate the two distribution channels and offered tips for using iLottery to drive traditional sales.
Due to a sensitive iLottery launch, the lottery chose to select a new product for a new audience (eInstants/eScratch), with unique themes.
The lottery also implemented new retailer incentives which focused on “reasonable goals, best practices and over-deliver on incentives,” said Svitko.
