“Our foundations of our successful registration program are based on our card-based retail programs. They’ve been around for some years. Players have been able to register and save their ticket, guaranteeing they receive any prize they win even if they lose the ticket. They can also save favorite entries,” said Mulvihill.
These membership programs have evolved to support internet sales, include loyalty components and are consistently evolving to provide more meaningful direct communication with Tatt’s players.
With Tatt’s digital app and their retail program, now more than 50% of total sales revenue is registered. There are over 2 million registered account holders.
