Governor Byrant Touts Potential Mississippi Lottery, Education Reform

JACKSON – Gov. Phil Bryant said Tuesday it might be time to enact a state lottery to prevent money from leaving the state by Mississippians going to neighboring states to purchase lottery tickets.
