FORT HALL — The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes have denounced House Bill 127, a bill introduced last week in the Idaho House that proposes making tribal video gaming machines illegal in the state.
The proposed legislation was introduced by Idaho House State Affairs Committee Chairman Tom Loertscher, R-Bone, and looks to alter part of a 2002 law authorizing gambling gaming machines in tribal casinos within the state.
