CHICAGO (October 16, 2018) – Camelot Illinois today issued a request for proposals (RFP) for vendors to provide jackpot information/communication solutions within the point of sale equipment for its retail locations.
The goal of this project is to The goal of this RFP is to provide jackpot information/communication (“JPC”) solutions within Camelot’s on-counter PPOS items – specifically the scratch card dispenser. The overall project is to modernize all PPOS fixtures and displays to optimize the promotion of Illinois Lottery products sold in retail stores, while also opening the door for future innovations and developments in jackpot communications in retail stores.
Camelot Illinois is proposing an initial contract term of three years, subject to the vendor’s performance and Camelot’s evolving requirements and strategy.
Camelot Illinois intends to secure a vendor that can begin provide as soon as December 2018 (note this date is subject to change). Shipping of product should commence in January 2019 and be received in Illinois by the end of January 2019.
