New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham signed a bill that allows lottery scholarships for students attending tribal colleges in New Mexico. Students can receive $1,020 each semester. It requires students to be full time and to have graduated from a public or private high school in the state. In the first year, the student must have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
