When downloading the Delaware Lottery Collect ‘N Win reward App on an iPhone or iPad, users get an error message that it is not available yet. Unfortunately, it seems that Apple has some issues approving their app due to a change in Apple’s procedure with approving apps. It is working on Android devices and through the web.
