Tennessee House has passed a sports betting bill that would allow mobile wagering. It would be under the jurisdiction of the lottery. The bill now heads to the senate. If the state senate passes the bill, the Governor will likely sign it.

Both versions of the Montana Sports Betting bill have been passed and now they are headed to the Governor desk. The Governor will ultimately decide who can offer sports betting. The House version gives the Lottery access to sports betting in all forms. The Senate version creates an open market.

Iowa has passed a bill that would give the Iowa Racing and Gaming regulatory control over sports betting. The Governor has not committed to signing the bill.
