The Minnesota Lottery’s Summer of Fun focuses on finding “Winnesota” when you play the spotlight summer scratch game.
In addition to its marketing and POS, Minnesota Lottery supports its summer scratch games in unique ways during its monthly live streams on Facebook.
“For example, our ‘Hive Live’ showed a live stream of a buzzing bee hive to bring awareness to our Bee Lucky scratch ticket and how lottery dollars benefit pollinators. We also hosted a local Minnesota musician during a ‘Campfire Serenade’ to get our followers excited about having a ‘Winnesota Summer’ tied to our featured summer product,” said Sierra Hawkins, Digital Media Coordinator, Minnesota Lottery.

The lottery also returned to live events in July. “We are excited to get back to on-site activations at Canterbury Park and at Target Field during Minnesota Twins games in July. We will also be at WE Fest Country Music Festival and the Minnesota State Fair in August,” said Vicki Holets, Marketing Manager, Minnesota Lottery.
