What’s ahead for your lottery in FY22?
“We have a lot of exciting new marketing initiatives in the works. We will begin testing new scratch game merchandising options, reigniting our sampling program to grow our customer base, expanding our Minnesota artist scratch game collection, rebranding our lotto games, finding ways to safely return to in-person events, and our biggest initiative will be developing and launching a mobile app.”
What book are you currently reading?
“I find myself reading less and listening to more podcasts these days. I read Moneyball a few years ago and now I’m listening to the audiobook. It’s surprising how many business lessons you can get from this story. It’s a really good example of how to use data and facts to make decisions instead of going with what you have always done.”
Where do you plan to vacation in the next six months?
“My family loves to travel. We don’t have anything planned yet, but we usually try to head somewhere warm to escape the cold Minnesota winters.”
