The Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation filed a federal lawsuit seeking to stop the Kansas Lottery from selling tickets and operating lottery machines at about two dozen locations within what the Nation says are reservation boundaries. The complaint, filed July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas against Kansas Lottery Executive Director Stephen Durrell.
