The Pennsylvania Lottery has completed an upgrade of its Play Online system and official app, introducing a refreshed design, improved navigation and a more streamlined account experience. The transition was completed on the evening of Sept. 17, and all online services are fully restored, the lottery announced Sept. 21.
Players returning to their online accounts must take additional steps to confirm their identity. The updated platforms include new visuals, revised menus, easier access to responsible gambling tools and streamlined account features. The lottery said more enhancements will roll out in the coming months.
