Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation launched CASH POP on October 6, adding a draw game and a digital selection slip that connects its app with retail purchases. OLG says it is the first Canadian lottery jurisdiction to offer the game. Players can build a CASH POP ticket in the OLG App, scan the selection slip at a participating retailer, then complete the purchase and receive a printed ticket.
CASH POP offers five daily draws. Players choose one or more numbers from 1 to 15, or use Quick Pick, and wager C$2, C$5, C$10 or C$20 per number. Each selected number receives a randomly generated prize amount after purchase; matching the number drawn wins the corresponding prize printed on the ticket. Prizes range from five to 250 times the wager, up to C$5,000. Tickets are available at OLG’s 10,000 retail locations, on OLG.ca and the OLG app, and at self-serve lottery terminals.
