Scientific Games announces a new, two-year contract to provide lottery instant scratch games to Hrvatska Lutrija, the National Lottery of Croatia (or the “Lottery”), continuing a successful two-year collaboration that has grown retail sales for the products 60% since 2018. Scientific Games provides Hrvatska Lutrija with instant game portfolio management and has developed a variety of products to entertain Croatian players and drive maximum proceeds to financially support valuable projects that contribute to the development of soci¬ety in Croatia, including humanitarian causes, science, education, culture, environmental and health protection.
With a 47-year successful tradition of organizing games of chance in Croatia, Hrvatska Lutrija is the state-licensed lottery offering a full variety of gaming products, including lotteries, instant lotteries, multi-jurisdictional lottery games, EuroJackpot, sports betting, casinos and slot clubs.
In 2019, instant game annual sales in the Central European country with a population of four million reached nearly €14.2 million across the Lottery’s network of 2,842 retailers (La Fleur’s Almanac).
