Adam Perlow, Vice President of Sales Force Automation Solutions, IGT

Adam Perlow will discuss the benefits of ‘Big Data’ and how analytics and data visualization are being used today to make better retail business decisions. Harnessing insights that can be used across sales territories, regions and retail chains is critical to enabling greater opportunities to expand lottery product distribution. More and more, we are seeing the ability to enable data aggregation for use as a business intelligence tool become a requirement of major retailers to stay competitive and meet consumer demands. Adam will discuss how some major retailers are using BI to transform their business and interactions with consumers as a parable for how our industry can increasingly embrace the use of data to drive more efficient and effective business decisions.
