    New Jersey, Michigan Lottery and Pennsylvania are Filing Amicus Brief Siding with New Hampshire Against 2019 DOJ Wire Act Opinion

    New Jersey, Michigan Lottery, and Pennsylvania are filing an amicus brief on behalf of the New Hampshire Lottery in New Hampshire Lottery Commission v. William Barr. They will provide additional information and support for the side of the lottery. The Michigan Lottery represents 12 other signatories: Kentucky Lottery Corporation, Tennessee Education Lottery Corporation, Virginia Lottery, Rhode Island Lottery, Colorado State Lottery Division, North Carolina Education Lottery, State of Delaware, State of Idaho, State of Vermont, State of Mississippi, State of Alaska, and District of Columbia.
