Tom Ackerman, Assistant Director, Office of MarComm at the Ohio Lottery, and Eric Holman, Creative Director at Marcus Advertising, discussed the launch of the InspiredOH campaign.
“The two-year project began with a question. How do we start a conversation with audiences that share our values and make it personal so everyone in Ohio can feel a relationship with our brand and feel like they’re winning? The answer was InspiredOH—a movement that allows Ohioans to tell their stories, earn some recognition and learn a little bit more about who we are along the way,” said Ackerman.
InspiredOH has culminated in a multitude of videos that highlight Ohio success stories. Holman said it allows the lottery to attach its brand to their achievements in hopes of inspiring audiences to overcome barriers or pursue their passions.
