The South Dakota Lottery is currently in the process of implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The purpose is to provide better messaging to customers.
“While we are still in the early stages of incorporating this, we look forward to the robust features to help us make data-driven decisions in terms of our marketing. This will eventually help us build a new website and mobile application as well,” said Wade LaRoche, Director of Marketing, South Dakota Lottery.
