The Texas Lottery will return to live events with the State Fair of Texas in September. “We will offer different player promotions and use digital spinning wheels on 65” TVs where players tap a foot pedal to the spin the wheel instead of the traditional spinning wheel peg. The digital spinning wheels will create a new look and feel at the State Fair of Texas,” said Heidi Moreno, Advertising & Promotions Manager, Texas Lottery.
The Hoosier Lottery’s summer live events are headlined by its Hoosier Lottery Town activation at the Indiana State Fair. It kicked off in late July.
“We have partnerships with baseball teams across the state with on-site digital activations, in-game promotions with fans for the chance to win prize packs, and through celebrations of Hoosier heroes through a Hoosier Lottery Hero of the Game initiative. We also have a presence at the Salem Speedway race track and other community partnerships,” said Jason Mueller, Senior Manager of Public Relations, Sponsorships and Event Marketing, Hoosier Lottery.
The Minnesota Lottery commenced live events in July. “We are excited to be back to on-site activations at Canterbury Park and at Target Field during Minnesota Twins game in July,” said Vicki Holets, Marketing Manager, Minnesota Lottery.
The Ohio Lottery is planning to start with a small live event at the Toledo Jeep Festival in August. The rock, paper, scissors contest is centered around its new $2 Rock, Paper, Scissors instant game. This activity will be contingent on executive approval for in-person events.
