Starting in 2019, North American lotteries can offer players a new spin on previous Wheel of Fortune lottery games with a unique linked promotion from IGT. “Big Money Spin” differs from previous Wheel of Fortune programs in both game play and rewards. In addition to cash prizes, the instant tickets for the new program feature a million-dollar wedge that players scratch off to reveal if they’ve won a chance to enter a drawing for the Grand Prize trip to Los Angeles, where they will participate in a Big Money Spin event with the chance to win $1 million.There will be multiple drawings to award players from all participating lotteries with trips to Big Money Spin events throughout the instant games’ lifecycle.
Winners of the Grand Prize trips to L.A. will tour Sony Pictures Studios and experience the excitement of being on the set of the Wheel of Fortune television show. As they pass through three rounds of a Big Money Spin event, every player will go home winning some amount of money. In the final round, the puzzle board will reveal which player is the winner of the guaranteed $1 million prize.
