Julie LeBlanc Steeves, Manager, Enterprise Innovation, Atlantic Lottery presented “When Corporate Innovation Works.” She told the story about how retailers and customers helped build Atlantic Lottery’s new sports betting mobile solution.
The result was the 2018 launch of the new and improved ProLine Stadium.com. It offered a QR code to skip the slip! “By August, we hit 8% of retail wagers generated by QR codes. We had expected 3.75%, but hit our year-end goal right out of the gate. The importance was to launch before NFL season, so 7.5% was our goal for the final game,” said LeBlanc Steeves.
