It is all about “content, community, in-store and on-the-go.”
While much discussion is had in the lottery industry about how to bring lottery game play online, there are many ways to improve the lottery player experience that go beyond iLottery,” said Douty. He shared how lotteries can create player-focused digital experiences that bridge the digital and physical worlds. Using non-industry examples, Douty explored inspiring campaigns as well as lottery examples that can solve unique player challenges.
