Marshall Behrns, Senior Content Innovation Specialist at BCLC, presented a case study about the Comedy Pull Tabs project that emerged from research on Social Gamers. Behrns discussed the challenges of making a legacy game engaging for new audiences in a social setting, the methodologies used to validate the appeal of such products and what it was like to work with local comedy writers for a limited game delivery format. A healthy supply of “Dad Jokes” were included in the presentation, some of which were met with laughs… others with groans!
