To support MUSL and in-state, draw-based games, we created a campaign platform to be used across all Illinois Lottery channels. The campaign platform features the Dream Ranger, who shows up anytime someone is daydreaming or in need of motivation to play for their daydreams. We see the Dream Ranger as the crusader for the power of daydreams, ensuring our dreamers have a ticket, which is what gives any daydream a chance at becoming a reality!
