In January and February, Arkansas Scholarship Lottery ran a social media influencers campaign on its 5-buck bundle promotion. This was a test to see how effective influencers are at promoting both the promotion and the ASL. The 3-part presentation will examine: 1) Discussion about the importance/innovation of using social media influencers on promoting our brand and retail sales; 2) Talk about ASL’s campaign (Who, What, When, Where, How, Why, etc.), the results and impact on the lottery brand; and 3) Development of a social media influencer program—ASL is working with its ad agency to develop this in hopes that the lottery can have regular lottery influencers.
